Look Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes and discloses the following personal information processing guidelines in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle complaints related thereto.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for any other purposes. If the purpose of use changes, the company will take necessary measures, including obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

We process personal information for purposes such as creator support and recruitment.

Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
① The company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period stipulated by law or within the retention and use period agreed upon by the information subject at the time of collection of personal information.
② The processing and retention periods for each personal information are as follows.

1. Supporting Creators: Until the end of the purpose of Article 1.

Article 3 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercising Them)

① The data subject may exercise the following personal information protection rights against the company at any time.
- 1. Request to view personal information
- 2. Request for correction in case of errors, etc.
- 3. Request for deletion
- 4. Request for suspension of processing
② The rights under paragraph 1 may be exercised against the company through writing, telephone, e-mail, facsimile transmission (FAX), etc., and the company will take action without delay.
③ If the data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information due to errors, etc., the company will not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
④ The rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised through a proxy, such as the data subject's legal representative or authorized representative. In this case, a power of attorney in the format of Appendix 11 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.
⑤ The data subject may not infringe upon the personal information or privacy of the data subject or others being processed by the company in violation of the Personal Information Protection Act or other relevant laws.

Article 4 (Items of personal information processed)
The company processes the following personal information items.

Required fields: Name (corporate name), contact information, email, self-introduction

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)
① When personal information becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period for personal information has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved, the company destroys the personal information without delay.
② In cases where the retention period for personal information agreed upon by the data subject has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved, but personal information must be retained in accordance with other laws and regulations, the personal information is transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different location.
③ The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows.
1. Destruction procedure
The company selects personal information for which a reason for destruction has arisen and destroys the personal information with the approval of the company's personal information protection officer.
2. Destruction method
The company destroys personal information recorded and stored in electronic file formats using methods such as low-level formatting to render the records unrecoverable. Personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

Article 6 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)
The company is taking the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.
1. Management measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training, etc.
2. Technical measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, encryption of unique identification information, installation of security programs.
3. Physical measures: Access control to computer rooms, archives, etc.

Article 7 (Matters concerning the installation, operation, and rejection of automatic personal information collection devices)
① The company uses ‘cookies’ to store and periodically retrieve usage information in order to provide personalized services to users.
